Today I got to see some family friends we haven’t seen in about 8 years. Sadly it was because their father/husband passed away. It sucked to have to see them that way. But instantly they made me feel so welcome. It just left me with this instant “connected” feeling like they never left mass. It also left me with this regretful feeling… I just know if we all grew up together like we should have, we would have been so close. So I feel like I missed out on having great friends who would of been like older sisters and a second older brother. It just feel like we missed out. And it sucks. We just have such similar personalities. Wish they didn’t live so far away…
